Refund & Cancellation

  • Once the order is placed cannot be cancelled.
  • If any amount deducted and confirmation is not received, then kindly inform us within 24 hours from the date of transaction to our respective customer care executive.
  • Any excess amount paid then same shall be refunded to the same source the amount has been received within 4 to 5 working days. 
  • If any changes for refund initiation, then the same shall be informed to our executive within 24 hours for refund claim with complete details such as name, contact details, KYC, bank details, etc.
  • Return is applicable only on bullion items such as gold bars and coins.
  • Return shall be carried after inspection of the good and againts the original Tax Invoice / Purcahse bill.
  • Product should be completely intact with it packing and packaging and if any damage, cuts, or other sourt of damage found than return shall not be applicable.
  • Return is vaild only for Indian customers.
  • Return period shall be applicable 10 days from the date of purchase for local within Maharashtra.
  • Return periods for other states shall be 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund of money shall be directly credited to customer bank accont as per deatils provided
  • Customer should compulsory submit KYC documents along with cancell cheque copy or copy of bank pass book first page duly certified through bank manager or bank statement duly certified through bank manager.
